Pros

• Outstanding customer support which can be called or emailed 24/7 with any kind of queries

Cons

• Price is high. At $67 you can get similar product with same basic information much cheaper.
• Due to size of file, downloading files may take much longer than it usually does.
• Cases of a few broken files in the members was reported by a member. I found this problem a little unsettling.
